Work Locations

 

 

This function permits viewing of existing work locations or input of other work locations for a particular employee.  An employee's work locations directly affect assigning the Employee to a schedule.

 

After Division and Employee Selection, the system displays a list of the employee's Current Work Locations at the bottom of the page.

Edit/Remove

To make changes, click in the desired row to display the work location details and enter the new data in the related fields.

To delete a work location, click .

Add Work Locations

Note

In order to add Work Locations, the location must already exist in Vision (Employee Work Location Master) which makes it available for selection in the Department and Job Code drop-downs.

 

 

Enter employee work location data as follows:

Select the Department and Job Code to assign to an Employee.

Enter the Pay Rate to apply to employee hours worked at that location.
